APATIA “Tribute to Apatia – Między nami…” 2xLP

“When I went to my first Apatia concert in 2001, I didn’t think that 20 years later I would be the one to release the first ever album with their covers. After all, Apatia is an undeniable legend on the hardcore/punk scene. A band that has shaped subsequent generations of punks and hardcore fans with its music, message and approach to life. And my young label Hardcore Tattoo Records has only been operating for over five years. I am all the more glad that the guys from Apatia trusted me. And although it wasn’t easy to “tame” 28 independent bands, the whole project lasted over a year and a lot of time and energy had to be devoted to bringing this release to an end, it was definitely worth it! For me, making this compilation was a huge challenge, a huge joy and a huge satisfaction. Huge thanks to the people I could count on and who helped me with this project, but above all, great respect for the bands!! Each of the bands did a great job, putting their whole heart into the recorded covers. I received subsequent finished tracks and listening to them, I had shivers down my spine. It was an amazing experience and in the end it turned out better than I expected! Anyway, judge for yourselves.”

The Tribute to Apatia album “Między nami jest godziny do dobre do” on CD was released in January 2021.

You have to wait a little longer for the vinyls. The planned release date is December 2022. The release includes two vinyls – splatters (green, white and black) in a gatefold with an insert in the form of an old zine, which will include, among others, a fresh interview by rzeka with Matoł, the vocalist of Apatia and archival photos of the band.
