DEAD KENNEDYS “Mutiny On The Bay” 2xLP

“Mutiny on the Bay” is the official live album by the Dead Kennedys. The material on the album is not a single concert, but is compiled from multiple Dead Kennedys shows in 1982 and 1986 in their native San Francisco. One of the songs is from the band’s last show in Davis, California before their 1986 breakup. Mutiny on the Bay was released in 2001 after a lengthy lawsuit in which the rights to the Dead Kennedys catalog were transferred from singer/songwriter Jello Biafra’s Alternative Tentacles label to the remaining three members of the band after Biafra was convicted of civil fraud and other charges.
