Split Anatomia / Ruin is a dark, heavy journey into the depths of death metal, uniting two bands with distinctly different yet complementary approaches to the genre. Anatomy (Japan) is known for slow, crushing death metal with an almost funereal character, while Ruin (Poland) presents a dark, dense version of the genre, full of heavy riffs and a nihilistic atmosphere. Together, they create a cohesive and intense release for fans of extreme metal.

The album was released on July 9, 2021, as a vinyl LP, released by Left Hand Patches in collaboration with The Dice Records.
