Christ Agony – Moonlight – Act III is the band’s second album, originally released in 1996 and considered one of the most important achievements of Polish black metal of the 1990s. On this album, Cezar developed Christ Agony’s distinctive style – epic, multi-layered compositions, melodic guitar lines, and a dark, hypnotic atmosphere. The long tracks allow for a gradual buildup of tension, from calmer passages to intense black metal climaxes.
