MACHETAZO “Ultratumba” CD

Reissue of the compilation album by Spanish horror death/grind butchers MACHETAZO, originally released on CD in 2006 and completely unavailable for years. “Ultratumba” features 28 tracks from all of the band’s EPs from 1998-2004, including splits with CIANIDE, GENERAL SURGERY, BODIES LAY BROKEN, CORRUPTED, RISE ABOVE, and ABSCESS, material from the EPs “The Maggot Sessions” and “Horror Grind,” and tracks from the tributes to CARCASS (“Requiems of Revulsion”) and IMPETIGO (“Wizards of Gore”). Dirty, stinking death/grind inspired by classic bands like CARCASS, REPULSION, AUTOPSY.
