Neuropathia is one of the most recognizable bands on the Polish grindcore scene. For years, the group has remained faithful to an extreme, uncompromising style of music where short, intense tracks blend grindcore brutality with punk energy, dark humor, and a deliberately provocative attitude.

The band belongs to a generation of Polish acts that built the local extreme scene over the years primarily through underground activity, live shows, and independent releases. In doing so, Neuropathia has carved out a distinct position within Polish grindcore and gained recognition well beyond the domestic scene.

On their side of this split, we get five new Neuropathia tracks—short, aggressive, and infused with the band’s signature sense of the absurd.

Ass To Mouth is another key name in the Polish grindcore underground. The band represents a style of extreme music defined by brutality, speed, directness, and the energy of the punk DIY ethos.

The name Ass To Mouth perfectly captures the band’s character: provocative, blunt, and unconcerned with softening its message. While the group’s music is firmly rooted in the grindcore tradition, it also draws from the independent punk ethos.
