PARRICIDE “After The Funeral” CD

PARRICIDE was formed in 1990 after two local bands split up to play death metal. In the same year, they played their first concert, and in 1992 they recorded their first material – “Rehearsal Tape’92”. The reception of the material was good, there were positive reviews in the underground press, first interviews and many concert offers. After the first line-up change in 1997, the band’s music began to evolve from its classic form towards brutal death metal, and after 2002 the band began to add grind core elements. Then began the best period for the band, the band played many concerts, festivals and a dozen or so domestic and foreign tours in excellent company, in 2015 the band ended its activity right after the release of their 6th full-length album. “After The Funeral” is a double exclusive compilation release released by Selfmadegod Records. It contains old songs from the beginning of the band re-recorded as a tribute to the golden era of death metal in the 90s and as a nod to the first PARRICIDE line-up and to hear them in a good sound. In the years they were recorded there was no chance for a good sound. The material was created thanks to the help of friends from different bands. Big thanks and respect to them.
