Product description

Arcadian Industry presents the newest EP Spaceslug on a cassette tape! You will find 5 new songs recorded in May 2020 during the first lockdown. Therefore, this time you will not find powerful riffs and cosmic distortion here, only subdued, acoustic sounds combined with synthesizers. “Leftovers” is about beauty, loneliness and insecurity. Served with the band’s unique stoner / space rock style !!!

Limited edition of 100 copies on white cassettes. Cat no. ARC004MC

Spaceslug was created in June 2015 by guitarist Bartosz Janik and drummer Kamil Ziółkowski, followed by bassist Jan Rutka. Four months after the band was formed, work began on their debut album, recorded at Odbiornik Studio. The end result would be the debut album of the band Lemanis from 2016, which received positive reviews. Since then, Spacelug has been gaining momentum, in January 2017 work on another recording began at MAQ Studio & Satanic Audio. Time Travel Dilemma was released on February 17, 2017 by Oak Island Records and BSFD Records, and just over a year after their EP debut in Mountains & Reminiscence, it was released on September 22, 2017. And the band also signed a contract with Kozmik Artifactz for exclusive distribution.

On July 20, 2018, Spaceslug released their third album, Eye The Tide, and performed at the Summer Dying Loud and Gathering Festival. A year later, on December 6, 2019, the EP Reign of The Orion was released, which also received positive reviews. After a few quiet months, the band returned to performing live, performing at the Seeknifinace festival in Austria and releasing a new EP “Leftovers” in December 2021 !!!
