EYEHATEGOD “Southern Discomfort” LP (translucid red)

“Southern Discomfort” is a compilation that showcases EyeHateGod in their rawest, grittiest form. The material centers on their signature blend of sludge metal, hardcore aggression, and heavy, drawn-out riffs. It serves as a solid dose of New Orleans sludge for fans of the band and their uncompromising sound.

EyeHateGod is one of the seminal acts in American sludge metal. Formed in New Orleans in the late 1980s, the band combined the heaviness of Black Sabbath with the energy of hardcore punk and the nihilistic atmosphere of the Southern underground.
