SLAYER “South Of Heaven” LP

Slayer’s fourth album, “South of Heaven,” marks a turning point in the band’s history. Its slower tempo, darker tone, and heavy atmosphere make it stand out from the band’s previous efforts. It’s an album that demonstrated that Slayer can strike not only fast but also with exceptionally sinister intensity.

The 2021 Italian release is a reissue with a remaster, pressed on 180g vinyl, and is part of the Hard & Heavy (2) series – issue 9.
